Exolvo’s Business Intelligence (EBI) tools promote management excellence by allowing you to see at a glance how your labour resources are being utilised. Managers can generate daily, weekly and monthly metrics to help manage their needs using innovative business intelligence software.
For example: you can assess overtime rates by department or determine average hourly rate by cost centre, GL code, or department; analyse patterns to establish if there is recurring Monday/Friday sick leave; or review leave liability between departments to establish a “standard” of leave liability for staff members, such as 200 hours; and you can assess turnover and new starter trends, explore transfers and review termination reasons and snapshots of your organisational structure.

PayGlobal has invested in creating our own data warehouse and deliver this information to you via online analytics processing (OLAP) cubes so you can slice and dice and drill down in the data using Excel.

Continuous development and info added to the cubes
PayGlobal is committed to expanding the information held in the data warehouse. In the future we envisage the EBI product suite will also contain dashboards and reports built off the data warehouse.
We work with customers to find out what info they need
Existing clients shape future releases through their involvement and requirements. And, as part of the agile development process, we run Beta groups to obtain feedback from EBI clients on items targeted for the next release.
